So these are the things that I use in my EXTERNAL skin care routine, developed by my naturopath/herbalist. They’re very good, I adore using them, and most likely even when my skin is entirely clear, I’ll continue to use the yoghurt at least (keeps your skin elastic and youthful looking for years to come, and it’s just so soothing! Beats chemical cleansers I think). In future, I’ll show how to use each particular product and then what goes into my herbal mixture, etc. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Ciao!
